I see the three holes for the windshield side stay. The cab might be real with a bunch of modifications? I see a tag on the glove box door which is unusual in the trucks that have a 2wd cab. The door could've been swapped though. The doors are definitely from a 2wd.

The bed is clearly from a trailer as you say and the condition doesn't warrant the price given what I've seen more complete WC-12s sell for recently. I'd guess it has a market value closer to 1/3 to 1/2 the current asking price if the cab is original.

More details would be needed to determine for sure if the cab is correct and if it is really an original WC-12.
