The wiper is tricker as dual wipers were a regular option, but I do agree that the pre war 2wds are more likely to have just a single wiper.
The cowl to hood fit, the side stay holes, and the glove box tag lean me towards it being a WC-12. Though, just like the W300 being discussed below, more pictures, more information, or an in person inspection by an expert would make the answers a lot clearer.
