I have a "say" 2" round x 3" high metal sleeve with a 2" square plate attached to the bottom of the sleeve with 4 holes in it to attach to the carb.. then there Is a 1/4" threaded rod about 3" long with an "S" shaped x 1" wide attached to the bottom of the rod.. What stops the rod from dropping down onto the carb from inside the sleeve or from just pulling it out?
