I am running a Cummins 4BT in my Carryall with the turbo mounted high and it fits fine. Not only that I upgraded the turbo which sits a shade higher with the waste gate actuator and everything still fits. The rear exhaust dump will clear the firewall if you go to a duck bill exhaust bend. I clearanced the firewall and went with a radius bend off the turbo. The rear turbo mount low (which was used on a lot of Chev parcel vans) makes things fit even easier. The super WX30 turbo is the way to go, the exducer is small enough that the turbo will spool up in a nice manner.
