OK so the carb is on the bench not mounted on the intake? Sitting on the bench with paper under the carb there is no sign of leak, right? Just doesnt sound right, if you have it on the bench float bowel is full and you have paper under and no sigh of leak than it must evaporate? Cant go anywhere else except on the paper or in the air? Strange.
