Carburator leaking problem need help

Carb leaking fuel over 5 days setting up. Have even taken carb off engine and sealed it up on the bench and it still leaks out. Placed white paper under carb and not much of a stain on paper. No obvious dripping. New gasket at top cover plate. I'm at a total loss on it not stay full. Help!!
