I wouldn't have pulled the head, what with good compression. And now, with that small amount of wear, the rings are probably good too.

But I would do the water distribution tube while the radiator is out.

You might want to mic the very top of the cylinders to check what the bore was originally, since you didn't really mic it below the ring wear. Can you see/feel the ridge?
