How do you remove the steering wheel from an old dodge P.W.?

I see it does not have the slined ,but a key instead,How do you remove it,mines is all cracked.There are no holes for using a puller and I am afraid it might fall apart if I try to force it off since it has so many cracks on it.Thanks!
