I agree on that point when in 4 wheel drive but most the time we are in 2 wheel drive so the rear axle must catapult the behemoth dodge over and over and over. And, the front axle of a dodge is a better design than the offset rear. I have broken one front axle in a 49 PW. it was the outer left stub axle.
