PW mechanics-need your help

My 50 B2 has developed a problem that is(I think)carburetor related. The truck starts, idles and runs very well at all speeds. The problem comes in when driving down a long hill and not using the gas pedal. On the way down it wants to stall and will stall when coming to a stop after the down hill coast.Maybe a problem in the needle and seat on carb.?
