PAIN

Two days ago, I was moving some engines in the shed, and as a result I cannot bent and pick up things. My lower back is out. I wonder how often in Dodge community we have this from moving axels etc.. And what are remedeis used to deal wth it. I gonna try hot motor oil tonight, synthetic or regular?
