Probably even more often than once a week. HA! They gave me those anti-inflammatory pills, but they tear up my stomach sumpthin fierce. Ain't worth takin em. You did hit the nail on the head about taking the pain stuff BEFORE.
I've been thru alot of pain management stuff, and the one thing they all agree on is to NOT try & play catch up. In other words, stay ahead of the pain.
