I too have a bum back. Messed mine uip a few weeks ago, picking up a NP-435. I know better, should have used my engine lift.
I take Skelaxin (metasalone 800 mg)remove the pain spasams and helps promote mobility. For the pain I take Naprelan 500 ( Naproxen Sodium) 24 hour time release. These make me a new person ready to lift engines ha ha
