I wholeheartedly disagree with you sir. That man bought that truck and there is a reasonable amount of time one can expect a person to come and pick it up, but over a year?! No, I say Mark had every right to do what he's doing. Its the principle behind it. You pay for something, you make arrangements and have it vacated from the previous owners hands ASAP, don't fart around and make the previous owner come looking for you! Mark gave this guy more than enough time to come and get the truck, more than enough time.

Having room on your property is no excuse. Why should you or Willy(Mark), or I or anyone have to deal with that?

Personally, I think the guy should lose the money. He basically balked, and the statute of limitations has run out so to speak.
