Thanks for understanding what has gone on. At this point and for around 15-20 days he can still get it back if he wants it. He is also a well paid Doctor that sure can afford to do his part! He is not some poor PW person tring to get a vehical to fix up. Bad part is he has done this befor to another guy on this site! Jacked him around for a long time! So it seems to me this is how this guy deals and I wanted the problem delt with legaley. Mark H.
