Greetings,
My first truck was a 64 200 given to me by my grandfather which I unfortunately sold when I went to college, I just purchased a 1964 100 and am trying to get it working. It’s a 318 with automatic. It runs well except for a tired motor, and leaking exhaust. I purchased the truck on Wenesday. The breaks are making me nervous and I have not taken them apart to figure out if the wheel cylinders are leaking or the drums are out of tolerance. The body is clean except for a dent in the front right quarter panel.
Here are my questions:
1 Driver side door does not open or close easily- attempted to adjust door latch but I noticed the top of the catch on the body is worn and the star wheel in the door assembly is also very worn. Same door will lock with key but the door handle will unlock and open the door. Can I adjust or do I need to replace worn parts, if replace do you have any supplier suggestions.

2 I want to put in 3/4 or 1-ton suspension front and rear, is this easily done or is the modification or frame/body not compatible? I assumed I could purchase a spring and axel assembly and switch them without major (I can weld but would prefer not to) modification.

3 I would also like to replace the bed with a utility box for my work- any suggestions?
4 When I sold my truck I gave my Chilton’s manual to the buyer and I need a new one. My memory of how to work on the truck is a bit faded and actual diagrams would assist me greatly- does any body have a used one or suggestions for a good manual to purchase and where I should look?
5 supplier for new/rebulit wheel cylinders and brakes.
6 supplier for new front turn signal lens
7 supplier for new floor high beam switch
8 supplier for window handle and assembly in door both are badly worn

Thanks for your time
