you can get alot of that stuff localy like kreagans or auto zone. try lubing up the locks and take off the inner door panel and lubing up the window tracks.i would check the brake cylenders for leakining then i would start by bleeding the system or vicaversa but make sure the brake cylenders are not leaking. anyway i live up in sonoma county and would be not mind helping out here and there steve
