Thanks for the comments. I have suspected the rear main seal but wasn't sure how to determine that was actually the problem.

I removed that dust cover because the oil was coming out the small hole at the bottom (which I'm told by MoparNorm is there just for that purpose: to let you know that something is wrong, as there shouldn't be oil in that dust pan).

I'll try first to find the bolts holding the rear main seal and try tightening them, since just about every other bolt under there was almost hand loose. Maybe that's all it is (he says hopefully).
