Severe penalties and point deductions will be levied upon any restorer who willfully disregards originality protocal in color,and/or color scheme.
PW vehicles in the unrestored catagory are
exempt from all conditions and restraints of color and/or color scheme,factory equipment or any modifications except,repowering with a brand-X engine, whereby all designation emblems claiming Dodge or PW status must be covered with paint or removed completely.
