This general subject has come up a few times, normally in relation to the military Dodges and other, limited production, military stuff.
Over the years a figure or 2 to 7% has been roughed out, depending on how useful a particular vehicle was, how widely spread they were, that sort of thing. One anomaly seems to be that some of the really rare vehicles top that upper figure, possibly because users have always known how rare they were and have been reluctant to junk them - for example almost 10% of the Allis-Chalmers M7 snow tractor survive.
One fact about the Dodges is that the WW2 WC's got everywhere, thanks largely to Uncle Sam and friends. M37s were less widespread, and Power Wagons really only conquered the continental US, with the odd batch in Asia, Greece, and Denmark. As an illustration of that there are numerous WCs here in Scotland, but not one Power Wagon or M37 that I know of.
