When I put in my air lines, the compressur company suggested using 1" copper run at a steep angle up to the ceiling, with a water drain on the low part of the angle. They said the copper will help cool the are and condense water making it a drier system. I still have water separators. I dont have water problems.
Don is right. PVC is deadly. There was a lot of talk about shop accidents with PVC on the Machine Tool Forum.
