Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS), is marked on the pipe as approved for compressed air supply.
One of the problems with using plastic piping for compressed gas/air supply is the environment to which they are exposed. A pipe that might well exceed rated pressure above 60 degrees might easily burst when the temperature is nearer to freezing.
