W300 or w500 ID needed please,

it has no glovebox paperwork. The number are vt538-115937, frame 83705586, is this a 3/4 ton or 1 ton truck? It has 4 wheel drive and is black. Thanks for help, I looked for the serial numbers but did not find any close to it on the top of the page. I will be trying to restore it and was wondering if there was a club for the w300 nor w500 that has a forum or newsletter. It is beleived to be a 1957 model. Will try to post a picture tormorrow. thanks.
