Frank,U.S.M.C. Question on M37

Frank; Fuel/Vacuum Pump assembly. The bottom 2 ports are for gas,gas in from tank and out to carb. The top 2 ports are for vacuum one out to the wipers (to drive them) the other get connected/terminated to what? By the way I want to install this unit on a 1950 Power Wagon . Thanks for the help
