There's no such thing as steady vacuum wipers LOL. Acually its "NONE when going uphill in the rain" ( going down hill your throttle valve will be closed ) It will help some, but I've seen quite a few that people had disconnected and just had the wiper vac hose running straight to the intake manifold. I guess anything will help. I 've read where some folks have installed small vacuum tanks to help keep ( reserve ) vacuum while accelerating.
