With a red face I sheepishly admit my first truck was a '55 Chevy 1/2 ton. My dad nixed my ideas of a Jeep or a Power Wagon and I bought this truck for $800 in 1959. After that I got into Fords and have owned many of them. I bought my first W300, a 1968, former Forest service fire truck, about 10 years ago.
