Power Wagon or M-37? Need advice!

Hello folks! I’m new to the forum and I’m looking for one of 2 choices: an M-37 or a ‘46 - ‘68 Power Wagon (like the one pictured on the right of the first Forum page).

I would like to ask for your opinions, based on what I need:

I need a vehicle in running condition that will work for its keep.
- Got to have a winch -- I do my own logging
- A crane/gin pole arrangement to get logs loaded on a truck. I’ve seen pictures of both front and rear-end types.
- Road-worthy. I’ve heard that M-37s tend to be maxed at 45.
- Reasonable price. I’m not poor, but I ain’t rich either.
