92 Dodge LE2500 4x4, 60,000mi., what's it worth?

I'm trying to figure if this is the truck for me...it's everything I want, except it's a regular cab as opossed to an extended which is my preference. The truck is fully loaded, 60,000 original miles, original paint, Cummins, bedliner & canopy since new, 5 speed, original elderly owner & always garaged.
It looks, drives & smells like a brand new truck.
Should I hold out for an extended cab, or will I learn to like the regular cab?
What would be a fair price for this truck?
