Ron are you saying then if I get the title for the frame only then the guy can register his truck under the title for my frame and eliminate his title and since they are the same type and year the one with the rusted frame would now be recorded as the truck I have? I am sorta lost on this. Allways delt with tractors and they do not have titles and sold complete vehicals in the past with titles. I want to do this right and that was why I was asking about it.
