What is the Differances between a WC-1 and WC-12?

I am picking up what I believe is a WC-1 closed cab pickup truck. It has a bench seat, but no data plate on the dash. Someone else told me it is a WC-12. How can I tell. It does have a data plate on the bed which says date of delivery 7-21-41 but no model designation.

Can someone explain the differances between a WC-1 and a WC-12

Also, any suggestion as to the type and color of material was originally used to cover the bench seat?
