Why junkyards disappear in California

California junkyards are fast disappearing due to the pressure of urban sprawl. People build homes next to junkyards and then complain till the junkyard disappears. As California goes, so goes the nation. Just giving you a heads up. Check the link and read the reporters account of a lot "strewn with crankshafts". Makes me kinda sad.
