Valve tap

Before I tear down a 230 I have that taps very loudly, I figured I ask you experts. The motor runs well, doesn't smoke, but one lifter taps like crazy, and loud too. I adjusted all the lifters , still taps, I squirted oil on the lifters as the motors was running, but that didn't help either. I suppose one of the cam lobes must be messed up, or something. Anyone got any ideas for a quick fix? Thanks for the help
