230- m-37 oil pressure

when sitting at an idle after its warmed up, i have very little oil pressure if any at all. theres no knocking only a ticking noise that i think is an exhaust leak.when i rev it up or drive it its up to 40 lbs. or better. any advice or info. would be appreciated. thanks, mongo
