Yes. It depends on the amount it was warped and where. Let the person who rebuilt it take a look. If he is an honest person he will gladly look over your engine since the failure occurred on something he did. If you are worried about an expired warrantee, they ofthen will over look the time running out when you are rebuilding a truck and the engine was installed and it sat for awhile.
