I drill a small hole being carfull not to damage the shaft and screw in a sheet metal screw. Use a slide hammer to pop the seal out. Sometimes you have to drill more than one hole. If you don't have a slide hammer attach vice grip pliers to the screw and pry the seal out.BE VERY CARFULL NOT TO DAMAGE THE SHAFT WITH THE DRILL OR THE SCREW.
