Here are some options:

www.helitool make drop in kits for the 318 and 360 Dodge engines. I believe you can still use you NP420. Or go wild and drop in one of these:

V8 Diesel Swap - GM6.2L and Spicer 3053A 5 Speed (OD) Transmission. Used in M37 and M43
This swap requires the use of a SAE#3 bolt pattern bellhousing from a Chevrolet Big Block.
Clutch disk options:
#1 Use a Deuce and a half disk (12" diameter) and have it machined to 11" inch diameter, or;
#2 Have the 3053A input shaft machined and splined to a Chevrolet 11" inch clutch.

Fly Wheel Options:
#1 You can use the Deuce disk that has no springs and a GM dual mass diesel flywheel and pressure plate (earlier version). This options results in vibrations at certain speeds, or;
#2 You can use a Deuce or Chevrolet springloaded clutch disk and single mass diesel flywheel and pressure plate (later versions);
#3 Do not use gas engine versions of the flywheel! The counterwieghts are incorrect for the diesel.
