Guy's I need some advice

On a 92 caravan..Has anyone had any experience with one of these things??? It won't start... Its getting fire but no fuel..Called the local parts store..Fuel pumps in the tank..$159.00..Now I checked to see if power is going to the tank. Theres 4 wires going in..I have power on 1 wire but by using a 12 volt test light it is just a dim light. They said something about a relay but had no idea as to where that is located.. Has anyone had this problem and can help me to save alot of time figuring this thing out? God I hate these newer cars.Thanks for any advise that you will share...I know....If it was a good olde flatfender it would be easier!!!!
