Go look at it.
Give a small deposit.
Hire a good transport company that will send you certificate of insurance, references, and will accept the task of handing the seller the rest of the funds upon pickup.
this can be done with wire transfers to the transport companys bank account.
I did this with Wildwood transport out of Minnesota and it worked out perfectly.
I am not in my office where I have their 800 #.
