Freeing a stuck engine

With this truck sitting for more than 20 years - the engine is stuck. Of course each of you would not even recommend an attempt to free it right? I have freed tractor engines by using 3 or 4 different methods but had problems with one of them later. I am planning to tear down but figured I would ask anyhow. Has anyone ever done this and if so why? Confidence in the method?
