First let me apologize for assuming. I should know better as there are many fine Portuguese speakers near me in San Pedro, CA. Some of the worlds best fishermen by the way.
Wow! That is quite a project to accomplish I wish you luck. I have no idea about parts availability where you are, but if The Dodge/Cummins diesel engine and NV 4500, 5 speed manual transmission is available, that would be my choice for your project.
Many of the people on this site should have doors available for you.
