Hi Jose,
Sorry! I'll try to write in complete sentences , Ha!
The Cummins is an in-line 6 cylinder diesel, that has been an option in Dodge Trucks since the late 80's. The NV (New Venture Gear) 4500 is a 5 speed maunual with a low first and an overdrive 5th. It was found in Dodges and gm products. The gm NV 4500 has a lower 1st gear, but the Dodge version should bolt right up to the Dodge engine. I don't know where these trucks were exported, but some Dodges were built in Mexico, even D & W 600 models that are not exported to the US. Is there a Dodge Truck manufacturing facility in Brazil?
I think the frame is porbably OK as is, but you'll definitely need to add/relocate new crossmembers and cab and bed mounts.
