VIRUS!

I just got a call here at work from my wife saying we received a email saying that we received a virus from a fellow Power Wagon collector. The notice to fix it included instructions to delete "Sulfnbk.exe". She did and is now in the process of forwarding the instructions to everyone in our address book. Is this that hoax that was going around last month or the real thing?
