Tim, Tim in WY is correct that DCM has the rubber door stop bumpers that encircle the door check straps.

I have never seen a 1-1/4" x 2" rubber block riveted to the door pillar though. Are you sure someone had not modified that area of the A pillar? Maybe a rubber door stop bumper wore out and a makeshift repair was created in it's place? Or, are you working on a very late WM300? I am not familiar with the very late trucks - maybe they changed near the end of the run?
