A- As others have said, the brake system will need to be boosted. Hydroboost seems to be the way to go, and it's a great system.
B- I would recommend 1/4" lines. You will need to find the right adapter nuts to fit the master cylinder you are using. Ebay can be your friend here.
C- There are several different types of proportioning valves on the market. You can find them at JEGS, Summit Racing and Speedway Motors. I think the best place to mount that will be on the frame rail near the master cylinder.
D- You will need to find a master cylinder that has a built in fluid level sensor for this. If you mean the old-school trouble light that shows when the circuits are out of balance, there are several proportioning valves that have this system built into them.
