Thanks for your help. I ordered 35M cobalt twist drill from Amazon 5/8 just slightly smaller than the 3/4 bolt. Ince I get in enough I will use a bolt extractor. I dont want to damage the shackle threads on the inside if I can help it. Why Chrysler elected to be different from the PW is a mystery to me.
