Got any idea what someone who does what you do made in 1941? My father was a Special Agent for the US Treasury and for example went to the Far East to conduct economic warfare against the Empire of Japan in late '41. How much did he make a year? About $5000, or $200 a paycheck. Stuff was cheap but people made less money.
