Looking for suggestions/solutions with installing new window door glass in a current project. During a pre-trial fit before assembling the window regulator, the new glass will not glide up and down in the new window channel. I have learned that new replacement glass can vary in thickness which should not present a problem fitting in the new channel run. A close friend who is currently doing the same repair is experiencing the same problem with new glass. After many years of restorations I have never experienced this problem in assembling door glass. Looking for solutions. Thanks, Bill
