Is when they are in luggage on a plane - a few planes have crashed from fires on board - most lekely from batteries in logage stored in the belly of the plane - quite an issue to be dealt with. I like the concept of electric motors - the electricity source is quite a concern.
Tech keeps improving- at some point they will have a better solution for energy cells.
Getting closer with fusion every year.
