Buy or rent a folding engine crane, engine lift bracket from VPW or MWM or other source and mount to the engine - see link. Where mine is bolted, it lifts the engine level. If you attach the trans, engine will tilt to the rear so you might need to attach a rope or chain the the crane if you want to keep it more level.
