More holes in the door

There are a bunch of drilled small holes in the inner door skin. I don't think they belong, (are original), on the door skin, because I have a new inner door skin for the other door and it has no such holes. If the holes do not belong there, I will weld them up. The following post to this is a second photo, because I can't figure out how to post more than one photo at a time.
